Digital Proceeding FAQs

Are all the STLE 2023 technical presentations available in the Digital Proceedings?
Approved recorded presentations will be available on demand with content provided by speakers who have granted STLE permission to record their technical presentations (PowerPoint slides with corresponding audio) onsite at the meeting. Several of the talks will be available for Annual Meeting attendees and non-meeting attendees to access presentations of interest. Content will be searchable and organized by technical track and session.

When will I receive notification that the technical presentations will be made available for viewing?
The technical presentations will be available approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the Annual Meeting concludes. An email notification will be sent to purchasers with login information to access the presentations saved in your account in STLE’s new online learning platform at www.stle.org. Speakers and presenters will receive free complimentary access to the presentations. Be sure to know your email address that you used for purchase.

How do I get in contact with a speaker/presenter if their technical presentation recording is not included in the Digital Proceedings?
An abstract summary of any technical presentation that’s not recorded will be included in the contents of each technical track and session with the corresponding author’s contact email to reach out to him/her for further information.

How long will the technical presentations be accessible online?
For your convenience, recordings of the technical presentations will be available through October 31, 2023 in your STLE account upon receiving access after the meeting. Login instructions will be emailed to purchasers to view the recordings saved in their account on www.stle.org.

Will any of the educational course content be accessible in the Digital Proceedings?

The conference content will be accessible to the technical sessions, including available Commercial Marketing Forum (CMF) presentations. STLE education course presentations will not be included in the proceedings.
