This popular course combining classroom and laboratory hands-on training is back, and this year we’ve expanded the program to two and a half days based on feedback from attendees. The classroom focus will be basics of lubrication, components used to formulate oils and greases, application, and lubricant selection. The laboratory portion of the course will focus on lubricant testing, which will supplement the classroom training to assist with growing knowledge by experiencing the analysis first-hand and further understanding how lubricants are selected and analyzed.

Registration and Fees
Pricing (includes all days):
Members: $1,150
Non-members: $1,250
Course fees include the classroom session, the laboratory tutorials, chemicals, safety equipment and staff, transportation at SwRI, a PDF textbook, all course modules, and lunch both days.
As a special offer, if you are not an STLE member signing up for the conference, you can pay an extra $99 for membership and save $81 on your membership ($1,250 course fee + $99 membership fee = $1,349 total)!
Cancellations
Requests must be received in writing at STLE's headquarters no later than January 22, 2027, to receive refund less $100 handling charge. No refunds will be issued after January 22.
