What is your role at your organization?
I'm responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Application and Development
lab in one of the 3 centers of excellence for my organization around the world
which includes New Product Development, Application Development, Synthesis and
Technical Service supporting the Verdant Business.
What products or services does your organization provide?
We provide ingredients and formulations in the following Target Markets:
Oil & Gas, Painting, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Water Treatment, Specialty Chemical
(including lubricant and metal working), Personal Care, Adhesives / Sealants /
Resins and Agrochemicals.

How long have you been a member of STLE?
Since 2016. I am one of the member Ambassadors that welcome new members to STLE
and answer their questions.
How has STLE helped you throughout your career?
STLE has helped me grow in my career and make me be valuable to my organization.
What is the greatest benefit you get from your STLE Membership?
Free STLE journals, especially the monthly Tribology & Lubrication Technology
(TLT) magazine.
What would you say to others looking to get involved with STLE?
Come on in; you will meet great people and valuable connections that will be
valuable for your career development. The monthly magazines are very informative
about the industry trends. If you want to learn, there are a lot of webinars and
courses you can take throughout the year and at the national meeting. Also, on a lighter note, they have an annual conference in great locations,
for example, my first time visiting Las Vegas was to attend the STLE Annual Meeting.
