How should I use the public chat function?
Messages posted to the public chat function can be viewed by all attendees. Please keep your messages brief and positive. For example: “Hello from my lab in Park Ridge, IL. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive commercialism, price information or comments about an individual presentation. Thanks for your cooperation!

Where do I find Tech Support?
If you have technical questions about navigating the site, go to the “Information Desk” from the Lobby and click on “Chat with Tech Support”
for help with any technical issues. If you have STLE-related questions, you can chat with STLE staff at the Information Desk.

My video or audio is not working. What can I do?
Double-check that you are in a supported web browser. Most modern Internet web browsers work, but we recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.
