Nanotribology Studies using Atomic Force Microscopy

Abstract
In this poster, I will provide an overview of knowledge gained in recent nanotribology studies using AFM, including: measurement of atomic-scale interfacial friction on 2D materials; studies of wear using in situ transmission electron microcopy-based nanocontact methods; and studies of anti-wear tribofilms generated and characterized in situ through sliding in additive-containing oils.
