Laboratory Formulation Software Meets GHS SDS Requirements

Lubrication Chemists and Regulatory Agents are being required to formulate to meet present and changing domestic GHS and global requirements in the selection of materials, costing of formulas, and a changing variety of labeling and regulatory (M)SDS formats. This presentation reviews the new OSHA GHS and Global requirements for (M)SDS forms and container labels. We will also review software tools that are now available to identify and author (M)SDS and hazardous container labels based on CAS/ENIS/TSN identification. We will review software tools used to develop formulas, create multilingual product data sheets and multilingual safety data sheets that comply with (M)SDS and hazardous labeling requirements for multiple jurisdictions in the US and globally.
