The Development of Eco-Friendly Nanoscale Water-Soluble Lubricants
Eco-friendly nanoscale water-soluble rolling lubricants of ATY-898 series are solely developed by Anshan Narmay Lubricating Technology Development Co., Ltd. They are creative lubricants for steel rolling with no preceding reports around the world. Inspection done by the Institute of Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008 showed that extreme pressure additive in the lubricant reached 150-180 nanometers, with PB figure ranging from 726 to 800 N (adjustable, and improved hence). Toxcity test: According to tests executed by authorized departments of China, LD50 of this lubricant is far bigger than 10,000 mg; hence it can be regarded as non-toxic. Tests and application by a number of domestic research institutes, colleges & universities and enterprises prove that the water-soluble lubricants are excellent in functions like lubricating, cooling-off, cleaning, rust protection, environment protection and so on, can can fully meet the demand for steel enterprises.
