STLE NextGen Fundraiser Event: Yoga & Pilates Wellness Sessions

Tuesday & Wednesday
May 19 - 20
6:00 – 7:00 a.m.
Hyatt Regency New Orleans
(Celestin Ballroom H)

Tribology, the science of movement, and wellness share a common goal: enhancing performance. Like lubrication reduces friction, yoga and pilates improve mobility, balance, and strength, creating smoother motion in both machines and bodies.

Kickstart your day with refreshing Yoga and Pilates sessions on Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20, at STLE’s 2026 Annual Meeting. These sessions aim to reduce body and mental friction. This wellness event is an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow attendees and contribute to the STLE NextGen Fund.

No previous yoga or Pilates experience is required—first-timers are welcome! No equipment is needed, and mats will be provided for all participants.

The STLE NextGen Fund is dedicated to fostering the development of the next generation of tribology and lubrication professionals. All proceeds from the event directly benefit the STLE NextGen Fund.
