Lead Retrieval Instructions for STLE Mobile App

Please note instructions are based on iPhone devices. Android devices will have a slightly different experience.

NEW FOR 2024: The lead retrieval system will be provided for FREE through the STLE Mobile App. Please note: This will be your only scanning option to capture leads from attendee badges.

To access the STLE Mobile app, please search for “STLE Mobile” on the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store. You can also scan the QR Code on your device for direct access to download the app.



Please login to the app using your STLE ID and password. If you are having issues accessing your account, please contact Bruce Murgueitio at bmurgueitio@stle.org for login information.

If you don’t currently have an account with STLE you will need to create one to access the app. You can create an account directly through the app by click “Create New Account” this will lead you to the STLE website to create a nonmember account.




















Once you are logged into the app, the first item you will see will be the 2024 Annual Meeting & Exhibition. Click on the event to access all meeting information.

To capture leads you will be using the Smart Scan system. Please note all booth staff capturing leads must have access to use the Smart Scan lead retrieval system. In order to grant access please submit information for booth staff online on the Exhibit Booth Badge Request form.





















All Annual Meeting attendees will have an attendee badge. Badges will have a printed QR Code that contains the attendee ID. Only booth staff that have access to use the smart scan system will be able to access all contact information linked to the attendee ID.

Here is a sample QR Code. Scan the QR Code found on the badges using the Smart Scan system.








Once scanned an optional add notes screen will appear. Add notes if you would like otherwise click submit. Please note you must click submit to capture your leads. To view all leads, click on the button on screen labelled “View Scanned Leads” this is where all your scanned will live.

     

To export your leads. Click on the envelope button found on the top right-hand corner.

Leads are emailed in a csv file that can be opened on Excel.
