What is the schedule for the Virtual Annual Meeting?
The STLE Virtual Annual Meeting will occur with keynote and plenary presentations and technical sessions being presented daily from 8:30 am to 6 pm (US Eastern Daylight Time) beginning Monday, May 17 through Thursday, May 20. All registered attendees have access to the virtual event platform, e-Attend™
, powered by Image Audiovisuals (STLE’s virtual event partner) for the conference. Prepare as you would for an in-person event. Plan your day with adequate time and have what you need for the sessions you are attending. Come to the sessions focused so you can fully participate.
What if I am not available to attend the Virtual Annual Meeting or missed any of the presentations?
No worries we got you covered! The virtual conference platform and meeting content will be available on demand for up to 90 days to attendees after the event concludes. Because all sessions and presentations are recorded and archived, you will have the opportunity to re-watch presentations or catch a presentation that conflicted with another session. All the sessions and presentation recordings will be available for on demand access unless noted.
Presentations are typically accessible on demand the next day after they are broadcast during the scheduled time listed in the program schedule.
How do I update my profile?
On the top right of your screen you will see your name. From the drop-down menu next to your name, select “My Profile.”
Be sure to complete your profile with your bio and other contact information so you can connect with other attendees. In your profile, you can build your personalized schedule, manually set your schedule to your preferred time zone, and download handouts to your virtual briefcase.
