This year's International Joint Tribology Conference will bring 250-300 top researchers from around the globe together to discuss the latest topics in the study of friction, lubrication and wear.

You will be situated in a prime location ensuring that you get the most out of the conference traffic. A limited number of tabletop exhibits are available so act soon to reserve a space!
Host the Welcome Reception, Awards Luncheon or a Networking Break
You may decide that sponsoring an event will be a better way of offering networking opportunities to the attendee while providing you the same exposure opportunity. Why pass up the chance to possibly boost business or your list of contacts with other prominent members of the tribology research community or industry. Attendees would enjoy the catered event with your company name and logo displayed for them to see. Business cards or contact flyers could also be displayed for the attendee to take with them.
Your company's logo will be prominently displayed on a conference give away. In the past, we have issued bags, lanyards (badge holders), pens, mini-flashlights and measuring tapes, just to name a few. Perhaps you already have an item to hand out. Each item will bear the sponsoring company's logo.
Your level of sponsorship determines your level of exposure:
• Tabletop Exhibit $1000 - Table, chairs, also includes one conference registration (admittance to the technical program and welcome reception only) of one company member (electrical or internet connection will incur an additional charge)
• Hosted Event (partial sponsorship available at $500)
Company logo posted on website, final program, company promotional material available for distribution (company must provide their own promotional material). Choose from the following:
• Awards Luncheon - $6,000 sole sponsor
• Welcome Reception - $6,000 sole sponsor
• AM or PM Break - $1,000 each sole sponsor
$500 plus cost of item - Company logo posted on website, and final program, on give away item to be distributed to each attendee, or, $500 - Hand out your company item at registration (your company ships us the items to be distributed)
• General Sponsor
$250 - Company logo posted on website, final program, poster signage at event.
