Abstract
Following the development of a strong business case to re-order lubrication practices, the next step involves determining which machines will receive a detailed assessment and development of RCL practices. Creating a lubrication program starts with a clear understanding of the importance of each machine to daily productivity.
A general criticality assessment will provide the site with a clear idea of which machines warrant RCL attention. This seminar will offer a look at a simple but effective plan to rank your machines from most to least important. We’ll also review the information collection process and the creation of detailed plans that are the best fit for the operating conditions.
