Industry professionals from 29 countries joined us for five focused days of technical presentations, professional development, and business networking, as well as connecting with 94 exhibitors displaying the latest products and services in the trade show.

2025 STLE Annual Meeting Highlights
  • STLE welcomed 1,287 registered attendees, representing 29 countries.
  • A total of 510 oral presentations were delivered.
  • The exhibitor trade show hosted representatives from 94 companies. 
  • STLE hosted 36 student posters and 6 early career posters.
  • STLE outgoing president Jack McKenna of Sea-Land Chemical Company passed the gavel of leadership to incoming president Kevin Delaney of Vanderbilt Chemicals, LLC.
  • STLE hosted 2 new special sessions: (1) Sustainability Panel Discussion - Oiling the Wheels of Change: Sustainability, Policy & Profits in the Lubricants Industry and (2) Career Pathways Panel.
  • STLE organized the inaugural Art of Tribology exhibit.
  • STLE hosted its first ever Fun Run/Walk bringing together 101 enthusiastic participants.
