Refund and Return Policy


Meeting Registrations:
Requests must be received in writing at STLE’s headquarters no later than one month prior to meeting date to receive refund less $80 handling charge. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Membership Dues:
No refunds are given for membership dues, or its accompanying publication TLT magazine.

Certification:
No refunds are given for certification tests.  You may reschedule another exam at no additional cost, if taken within one year of original test date.

Publications:
All sales are final

Checks drawn on Canadian banks should be marked payable in U.S. dollars.

All payments from members outside the U.S. and Canada must be made by credit card, international wire transfer or check drawn on a U.S. bank.  For all international wire transfers, please add $35.00 USD for bank charges.
